This 6 Week program takes you through all the details of what it takes to build a foundation, getting your technique correct, and pace you to achieving a consistant and healthy 5K  (roughly 3 mile) distance.

With over 10-years’ experience in health and fitness, Christine Joy is a 2x crowned pageant title holder in the Miss United State Pageant System and placing Top 10 at the 2018 finals. Additionally, she has modeled for top photographers in the industry including those who shoot for Sports Illustrated. While in the Army, Christine has completed 1 marathon, 5 halfmarathons and numerous other races to know how important it is to stay in good shape and flexibility to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She strives to educate everyone who wants to better themselves in health and fitness to have a better life just as she did for herself. Christine aims to help those who are willing to take charge and live their best life.
